The Troop meets on Thursday evenings at 6:30 PM and consists of three patrols: The Spanish Inquisition, The Ragin’ Cajuns and The Castaways. Troop 306 emphasizes a boy-run program devoted to advancement instruction, activity planning, community service and team-building.
Troop 306 has an extremely active year-round camping schedule, including weekend camping from September through June, and a week-long summer camp, traditionally in late June/early July.
Some of our recent activities include Summer camp at Heritage Scout Reservation, Seabase High Adventure, Hiking on the Appalachian Trail, Snow camping, Wilderness survival and shelter building.
