Welcome to Boy Scouts Troop 306 of Catonsville, MD!
Troop 306 was founded in 1911 and is part of the Arrowhead District of the Baltimore Area Council. We have been sponsored by Catonsville Presbyterian Church since 1911.
The Troop meets on Thursday evenings at 7PM and consists of four patrols: The Wizards, The Banana Boats, The Campfire Kings, and The Dogeitsu’s. Troop 306 emphasizes a boy-run program devoted to advancement instruction, activity planning, community service and team-building.
Troop 306 has an extremely active year-round camping schedule, including weekend camping from September through June, and a week-long summer camp, traditionally in late June/early July.
Some of our recent activities include Summer camp at Heritage Scout Reservation, Seabase High Adventure, Hiking on the Appalachian Trail, Snow camping, Wilderness survival and shelter building.
