SUMMER CAMP REFUNDS AND ALTERNATIVE PLANS

A handful of Troop 306 families will be participating in virtual summer camp this week through the Resica Falls Scout Reservation.

Other alternative plans for the summer are still being considered.  An email will be sent once decisions have been made.

Heritage Scout Reservation indicated that it would take approximately 4 to 5 weeks to receive refunds.  You will be notified when refunds are being distributed or returned to your son's Scout Account.  We have only received a few emails regarding refund preference (check, electronic refund via PayPal or Zelle, or Scout Account).  if you have not already done so, please email Cynthia with your preference.

FOOD COLLECTION PROGRAM @ CPC

Catonsville Presbyterian Church currently has an ongoing collection program for non-perishable food items.  There are large green trashcans lined with plastic bags on the left side of the garage – facing the patio of the Church House - for donations.  All food donations are being delivered to the Knights of Columbus in Catonsville on Saturday mornings.  If you are able/willing to participate in the worthy cause, please consider doing so.  All non-perishable items are welcomed, and may be dropped off at CPC during the week, or taken to the Knights of Columbus on Saturdays from 8 - 10 am.  Please remember to put the lids on the cans securely after use.  You also may send monetary donations to the CPC.

POPCORN COORDINATOR NEEDED!

The Troop has started receiving information regarding this year's popcorn sale, which will occur in the fall.  A coordinator is needed for this activity.  The responsibility is not burdensome or overwhelming -- in fact, the sale pretty much runs itself.  If you are interested in helping with this task, please let Cynthia know.

Many thanks to all of the parents have volunteered for a role or responsibility within the troop.
